Staygold feat Robyn, Spank Rock, and Damien Adore - Backseat [P3 Guld Performance + Mp3]

The video above is a performance by Swedish group Staygold. They perform alongside Spank Rock, Robyn and Damien Adore. The performance was from the amazing 'P3 Guld 2010' (the Swedish equivalent to the Grammys)  I finally had time to watch it in its entirety. So im just a couple days late on this but here it is anyways. Here is The xx latest video for their track 'VCR'.  In the video, a couple break into a room and destroy it.  Then they light it on fire.  The xx debut album 'XX' is probably one of the best albums I've listened to in a long time.  With that said, Im also providing the Matthew Dear remix.  Its definitely not better than the original but its worth a listen.

Rimer London - Intercity EP (Intercity + Go Away)

Great stuff from Rimer London, one third of pop group Le Le, is coming out with his solo EP. 'Intercity EP' out January 25 is composed of four tracks deeply rooted in Italo, Nu-disco, Electronic-pop. 'Go Away' is beautifully constructed and overall good sounding track. 'Intercity', on the other hand is a lovely quirky track that has a very melancholic feel to it.

Here is Cinnamon Chasers 'Luv Deluxe' music video. I bumped into it again this morning. I passed on it the first time about 4 months ago, don't know why. The concept of this video is pretty entertaining.  Its like a short film.  The entire video was shot entirely on the Canon 5D Mark II with a custom face mounted rig. Don't know what that means but there you go. The song is from Cinnamon Chasers, 'A Million Miles From Home' album.

He jumps from electronic-to-soul to drum n bass to street-centric hip-hop to rock-rap to just about every genre. The Knife - Colouring The Pigeons (Tomorrow, In A Year)

'Colouring The Pigeons' is a new track from Swedish duo The Knife, the track is taken from the upcoming version of the opera 'Tomorrow, In A Year'. The opera is based on Charles Darwin and his book 'On the Origin of the Species', The Knife decided to make this a collaborative process, working with artists Mt. Sims and Planningtorock for the first time, to capture the huge width of the Darwin and evolution theme. The album will be released on March 1st.
