The whole process of the American Ghetto recordings was basically a two week explosion of ideas followed by about 4 months of clean-up and focusing. This gave the songs space and time to breathe a bit before finding their true home in the album.

So Here is the latest from The Golden Filter. The track is titled 'Hide Me'. This is very much what you'd expect from this New York based group. Sometimes what you expect is better then something out of the ordinary. Curve ball if you will. Below is the completed, mastered version (a couple unmastered tracks have been circulating) This single is due out April 19 via Brille. Their album 'Voluspa' should drop April 26.

For those that just can't wait for the February 14 premiere date, HBO has leaked the pilot for 'How to Make It in America' onto YouTube. You can catch the pilot in its entirety above.
'How to Make It in America' follows two enterprising Brooklyn twenty somethings as they hustle their way through New York City, determined to achieve the American Dream. The pilot is 28min long and leaves you wondering what they will do with the three-grand hand died indigo. Kid Cudi makes an appearance not sure if he will be a returning guest.
