Big Jet which was one of my favorite tracks from 2010 has just been covered by LA's power duo, DWNTWN. The video was filmed at La Cita bar, (shout out to the MFG crew). Bummed I missed their performance. Make sure to watch it in 720p!

DWNTWN hit us up on our Facebook page letting us know they've dropped their latest mixtape. "Midnight Ride" presented by DJ Skeet Skeet is a 36 minute mix consisting of only DWNTWN music.  Their intro is sooo sick!  They covered 'Big Jet Plane' by Angus & Julia Stone.

DWNTWN - Hungry Hearts [Official Video]

Here is the latest video of electronic-pop duo DWNTWN. The video to 'Hungry Hearts' was filmed in LA and most of the shots were taken at Mac Arthur Park. They've performed live a couple of times but I have yet to attend their performance. Hopefully that'll change soon.

DWNTWN - Transition [Official Video]

Here is LA indie/electronic band DWNTWN's new video for their song "Transition." DWNTWN consists of Robert Cepeda (multi-instrumentalist/vocalist) and Jamie Lefler (lead vocalist). Their sound is an eclectic mix of genres and influenced by the likes of New Order, Imogen Heap, and Kap Bambino. I don't know....what do you think?
